I stayed in the "300 Unit building" and it was definitely not what I hoped for. The room was old with yellow bed sheets, a dirty comforter, and there were holes in the wall. The beds creaked and the water pipes squealed. It felt like they hadn’t really done anything with it yet. Definitely a letdown. I was hoping for a better experience since the main building looks okay from the outside.

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The unexpected continental breakfast was a delightful bonus, featuring an assortment of muffins and coffee. However, the soundproofing left much to be desired, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, which was a plus for staying connected during my trip.

The area is perfect for skiing in the winter, and my family enjoyed the cool weather while exploring the nearby White Mountains. Our stay included a cozy breakfast with the owner being incredibly kind, going out of his way to help. We stayed with one child and appreciated the low-cost stay.
My kids wished for a bit more soundproofing in the rooms.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great local dining recommendations! ! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.
The water pressure could be better, and the walls were a bit thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to seep through.
